Prior to private art consulting, Joan owned a successful art gallery in San Francisco representing emerging and mid-career contemporary artists for 12 years.

As an independent art advisor, Joan works with private clients, corporations, foundations, interior designers and others. She brings the highest standards coupled with an enthusiastic style to each project—from advising clients about acquiring art for a new home, to helping art collectors build a world-class collection, to sourcing complementary statement pieces for corporate clients.
